Independent events before the Festival:

A few events are listed below:

 Saturday, October 8th 3pm Wainsgate Concert Kirk McElhinney

A highly acclaimed singer songwriter Kirk McElhinney performing at Wainsgate Chapel as part of the summer concert series. Kirk is a passionate singer whose soulful voice and insightful lyrics which together with a rich and vibrant mosaic of acoustic guitar picking give him a sound that is both unique and enticing.
concert starts at 3pm and tickets, which are only available at the door, cost £10 and £8 with a special £3 rate for under 18s. 
Venue: - above Hebden Bridge in Old Town.


Sat 8 Oct 3:45 for 4pm: "Only A Heart With Wings Can Fly" - Sufi Dances of Universal Peace with Vitalija & Ralph
You are welcome to join our circle and experience the joy and connectedness of devotional chant while dancing on a circle towards the One...
Tea break included - we'll finish at 6pm. No experience required.
Cost: £10 - £5 (sliding scale).

VENUE: New Odd Fellows' Hall, Oxford Street, Todmorden, OL14 5PU (5 Miles up the valley)
